    Our guests will be greeted at airports by authorized personnel wearing protective gear such as masks, gloves, face visors, and goggles.

    Guests without face masks will not be allowed inside the airports and masks will be provided.

    All our guests will go through temperature measuring or thermal screening to detect elevated body temperature.

    There are sensor gates, electronic check-in, and special measures taken at the baggage area along with plexiglass barriers that minimize contact between guests and airport personnel.

    The seating areas and elevators have been rearranged to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

    In the case that a guest displays any symptoms, healthcare personnel with the required medical equipment will be available on-site and the guest will be tested for COVID-19. Quarantine rooms complying with all international standards and in case of any symptoms, healthcare services will be provided from the nearest health center.
